This seems like an excellent idea.  Particularly if it was entirely focused
at getting donated milk to these infants.  That action should not effect
military readiness or compromise the health and wellbeing of troops.  It
would simply provide for the infants in the manner in which they deserve
given the sacrifices they are making as children of active military parents.

At what level would this start?  Through the milk banks?  Military?
Military families?  Citizen fundraisers?  Websites?  Lisa, please contact me
off-list as I would be excited to be a part of this
