Reglan (metoclopramide) can cause parkinsonic like symptoms in 20-30 %
patients. These include facial grimacing and uncontrolled movements.

The dose to increase milk supply quoted by Tom is 30-45mg /day. UK tablets are
10mg. The other side effect is possibility of causing depression.

Alternative is Domperidone as discssed recently and used by vets!!!
