Just wanted to respond to the Ginko issue.  I've checked my reference
material and see no indication that it is contraindicated in bf.  Also,
just wanted to let you know that I have been using Ginko for quite some
time with clients with "memory problems".  Great success!  Even if the
issue is simply having too much going on, improving the circulation to the
brain seems to be making a difference in short term memory abilities.  No
major results with long term memory issues, however, I am now trying this
(in conjunction with other herbs) in brain trauma cases.
