Some things I saved from past lactnets re plugs:
increase salt and water intake
decrease fat in diet
add lecithin in diet (dose in R. Lawrence book?)
hot wet compress to white spot prior to nursing or pumping
I had one once, pricked it with a sterile needle and the relief was
immediate - lots of backed up milk. Never got one again.
