According to Newman, some green stools are not really concerning if the baby is happy, eating well and gaining well, etc. But the baby's intestinal floral could be "off" because of the Antibiotic use from the mom. Looking up Dicloxacillin in Meds and Mother's milk, it does state that Vomiting, diarrhea and changes in intestinal flora and rash can happen even though it is listed as an L1 drug. I think that dairy elimination is not an issue here as there are usually so many other signs with that. And the more obvious thing is the antibiotic. Any type of gut irritation will cause some minor blood in the stool also. Probiotics for mom and baby would seem to be the first line of helping the situation to bring everyone back to a normal flora state. If the creams for the baby aren't helping try breastmilk to the baby's bottom, with every diaper change. I have seen it clear up even the ugliest rashes. Check with the docs and see what there thoughts are.
