On January 30 we got a message from the Ameda sales rep informing us
that the Evenflo feeding line has been sold to Kimberly-Clark de México
EXCEPT for Ameda. Since the Evenflo brand will no longer associated
with feeding products, and since the Ameda brand adheres to the WHO
Code, she's hoping that she will now be allowed to exhibit at our state
conference in March. The press release was dated Jan. 18, and said that
the transaction was expected to be completed by the end of January. In
addition to Ameda, Evenflo is retaining its juvenile travel and home
safety business.

I'm surprised that I haven't seen anything about this on Lactnet, and
want to make sure that it's now appropriate to allow Ameda to exhibit.
Anyone know any more about this?
