Marie, I've been searching in my files and can't find the post that I know
is there. But last year when I was working with a baby who wasn't gaining
weight, someone said that she had seen a connection between dairy allergies
and failure of baby to gain weight.  The mom I was working with eliminated
dairy and felt that it definitely had a positive effect on baby's weight.
Her baby was much less fussy and would feed more vigorously at the breast.

I would certainly try it in this case.
