You'll find that using any search engine will bring you to a number of porn
sites dedicated to lactating women. There are also fetishists who are
interested in pregnant women.

On the flip side, I once created a web site for a small business that sold
breastpumps. We used words such as lactation, lactate, breast, breastfeeding,
etc, as the key words that an engine could search. Through the administration
control panels, I was able to observe the total stream of key words used in any
search by those who had found the website. Many contained obscene sexual terms
-- fetishists searching for lactation porn, and who were surely disappointed to
find pumps, slings, and so forth!

How frustrating to find women use breasts for something other than erotic fun or
the sale of beer!
