Did they look at body fat composition?  It would seem to me (as a fat person)
that if you are fat, you are more likely to have pendulous breasts that are
"unacceptable" in public without firm support.  And there are already some
studies showing a strong connection between dietary fat intake and body fat
with breast cancer.  Could this be a major confounder that they have ignored?
