This is a crock. You have to have "breasts" for them to need 
"reconstruction", and she had very small breasts before she got 
pregnant and breastfed.  (Remember the pink dress she wore to the 
Oscars the year she won Best Actress?)

I think she's just using it as an excuse to get implants.
