I have heard there is a new (oral) drug about to/just come out for
fungi--Lamisil (Terbinafine HCl)--and the hopes are that is not merely
fungistatic (stops growth) but fungicidal (kills). Piece I read said it
may replace Diflucan as #1 choice for stubborn yeast; it leaves about 30%
of the tablet unabsorbed leaving the rest to pass through the intestines.
Safety compared to that of Diflucan.

Anyone out there seen/used this and with what results? How does it
compare in cost to Diflucan? Can breastfeeding mothers use this?

Anxious for your comments......
