This is so interesting and a sad commentary on our society.  There is 
no reason this mother shouldn't be able to take  her child to work and 
do an excellent job serving society.  I would bet that  many of the 
children she treats are in therapy because of problems caused  by  
day-care and lack of bonding.
  I have enjoyed this discussion-i have been asked to write up a 
research based hand-out on sling use-i'm out of work for several weeks 
with a fractured wrist. (ice dancing).
