If by any chance she needs (or can get by with) an extra large
breastshield/flange, Medela makes a glass 40mm one. Also have a look at
Avent pumps - I think the hard part of their flange is polycarbonate;
and the flexible flanges, which are (as far as I know) silicone. You
will need to double-check all of this information with the
manufacturers.

However she will still need to handle other parts of the pump assembly,
so you'll need to check about those also. If she is very allergic, she
could wear gloves for this, if hand expression is truly a non-option.

It can't be easy for her avoiding polypropylene - it's everywhere. Even
our banknotes are made of it.
