Sometimes when moms are using nystatin on their nipples I find that the
nipples get very dry.  I recommend olive oil or vegetable rubbed in real
well.  It's usually on hand and shouldn't cause any problems, although I'd
be sure it's not peanut oil after reading Roz's note.
