The most success I have had with this is to have the baby vertical along
the mothers flank (with mother semi-lying) and allowing the baby to
reach up and seek.

Very useful post c/s too.

Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone has had experiences with babies self attaching
with mothers who have large breasts. Descriptions and suggestions very
welcome.

Many thanks
Del
