I have looked this up on the internet and it appears to be just the
way your body works. At night the level is higher. Just like another
mechanism makes sure you don't make too much urine at night so you
don't need to go to the toilet several times a night.

I have heard that it does wonders on an infected eye... I know from
personal experience spraying it in my & DD's nose when we had a cold.
Our cold was finished in about 3 days, DH's cold (he didn't want to
do this silly thing) continued for 4 days longer.
