went through this about six mos ago with a mother here in atl. chicken,
beef and all fish were out (screaming baby with bloody stools). baby
tolerated mom eating buffalo, ostrich and duck. rice and millet.
spinach, kale, collards. all winter squashes. one fruit, maybe it was
mango? no carrots, no jewel or garnet sweet potatoes, only japanese
yams which are a different family entirely. very few fruits were
tolerated for a long time, still no other animal protein sources (no
dairy, eggs, chicken beef or eggs). no nuts or seeds. wait, maybe
cashew ended up okay. at about 12 mos mom was able to add a lot back in
but there's still a lot that the baby can't cope with (bloody stools,
eczema...)

finally found supplements the mom could take to make up for the lack of
variety in her diet - twinlabs allergy multi . can get you the details
if you need them. best price was at iherb.com even this very allergic
baby was able to tolerate mom taking these - and she truly wasn't able
to tolerate much.

mom is a LLL leader so therefor more willing to stick to this extreme
diet than perhaps most moms would be. She worked with a fabulous
nutiritonist to fill in the nutritional holes (zinc, calcium, b vites) -
Krispin Sullivan www.krispin.com and to work on healing her own gut and
babys. Mom also did a lot of digestive enzymes and probiotics.

there is hope:)
