Israeli naturalist pharmacists sell a combination of fenugreek and St.
John's wort, and some other stuff, and call them "Mother's milk pills".
I've only heard of their use in one case, so I'm very hesitant to suggest
them. However, the one lady I heard of using them said they worked.
