Dear Friends:
    As men could breastfeed (using a SNS, or if they took the right 
medications or had pituitary tumors), this is an accurate statement. 
    And annoying as well.
    What about turning the comments around? Make it funny? "Oh, are you 
interested  in learning how to make milk?"
    Or being honest, "Gosh, that joke is getting a bit old for me."
