<< Well, it has happened again. We have yet another doctor and his wife in =
our class and he made the comment to me today at work about what a =
wonderful book someone gave his wife. Can you guess what it is???????? =
This makes me just want to scream!! This is the third or fourth doc we =
have had in class in just the last couple of months that likes this book =
and plans to use this style of parenting with their new babies. I don't =
know what else to do. I try to discuss the dangers of the *program* and =
relate stories about malnourished and dehydrated babies in a tactful way =
without putting anyone on the defensive. I know once they get there, =
 nothing I say will matter.
 Got any suggestions?? >>

Print out the Salon article by Katie Granju -- Salon has given permission to
reprint it as long as it says "reprinted by permission" on the first page, and
make sure it says Salon Magazine, August 6, 1998 on it -- and give it to the
docs who think this is the way to go. This ought to hit them harder than
about anything.
