Thanks for your posts regarding the case I discussed.  I agree that
this is an
unusually difficult call.  Nonetheless, medical records or none, the
very idea
that this mother-to-be by adoption is not going to be set up by this
LC.  My
idea was the same-an SNS and a breastfeeding relationship is just
what the
doctor ordered.  We will simulate a beautiful relationship thank you
very much and no-one will be set up for failure.  I am concerned as
well about
using hormone therapy on someone who has never had a pregnancy and
who has a strong family history of cancer.   Nope, not me.
