Does the tongue fit in the baby's mouth, or does it stick out a little
at rest? Not fitting in the mouth is the working definition of
macroglossia....

The same asymmetrical latch techniques that work with any baby should
work with one with macroglossia if tongue range of motion is normal.
Baby might be a less efficient feeder than normal due to the 'fit'
issue, if less breast can be applied to the tongue.
