In response to Lesley Robinson's request for examples of incidental
breastfeeding in children's literature, here are a few suggestions:
Only the Cat Saw - by Ashley Wolff
The Baby's Catalogue - by Janet and Allan Ahlberg
When I Was a Baby - by Catherine Anholt
One Round Moon and a Star for Me - by Ingrid Mennen
Over the Green Hills - by Rachel Isadora
Big Like Me - by Anna Grosshinkle Hines
Once Upon a Time - by Gwenda Turner
A Teeny Tiny Baby - by Amy Schwartz
The Story of Christmas - Illustrated by Jane Ray
Whispering in the Park - by Fred Burstein
101 Things to Do With a Baby - by Jan Ormerod
Look, Baby! Listen, Baby! Do, Baby! - by True Kelley
Let's Eat! - by True Kelley
Baby Days - by Carol Thompson

These are all books on other topics, where breastfeeding occurs but is not
the focus. There are other books available, mostly to help children adjust
to the arrival of a new baby, where breastfeeding is also talked about.
The above books are important because they show breastfeeding as a part of
ordinary life and activities. Some are out of print but still in the
library.
Sue Ann Kendall has created a long list of breastfeeding children's books
on the web. It can be found at:

You can print yourself a copy from there.
