Good comments, Jay, on Jon's comments--they don't sound "soapboxy" to me,
but logical. I remember someone somewhere asking why doctors worry so much
about making mothers feel guilty about choosing not to breastfeed when they
are unlikely to hedge, beat around the bush, not provide all the horror
stories and worry about causing guilt when trying to convince a patient to
quit smoking.
