I second Barbara Wilson-Clay's caution about using essential oils on
nipples and breast skin.

One of the pictures in our recent volume: Clinical Lactation: A Visual
Guide shows what can happen when a mother is told to put garlic on her
breasts.  The result?  BURNS on the skin.  The oils from the garlic cloves
were what did the damage.

Remember the most important part of health care:  FIRST, do no harm.
