I am a recent IBCLC & work in a Public Health setting.  Our agency will be
merging with our hospital August 1, and we (myself & other IBCLC) want to
work WITH hospital IBCLC.  We all want to sit down & decide how to best
utilize our resources to serve BF women in our community.  The hospital LC
said they need protocols to implement, can someone PLEASE share theirs, or
ones they have received from others?  Also, was wondering if there was a
consult assessment form (triplicate, if possible) available to purchase
somewhere?  ANY info would be greatly appreciated!
