There is no research evidence that preeclampsia interferes with lactogenesis,
although some LCs have noted what appears to be an association.  The
paragraph in Lawrence (5th ed page 508) on Toxemia (the old name) is very old
info, but does not mention any problem with lactogenesis. I can't find any
reference to PIH/preeclampsia in Riordan/Auerbach.
Someone needs to do a study - even retrospective data would be OK.
