Hi Ladies,

Since it's coming into the cold and flu season, I was wondering how you all
handle sick days. If this were an ordinary desk job and you only risk
contaminating other adults, that would be a different situation. However
most of us work with newborns and preemies, so obviously there are higher
consequences with "sharing the love" with our little clients. Do you bow
out at the first sign of illness, do you stay away until you're completely
cured, do you hit Walgreen's for pills and potions? I'd appreciate any
guidance you could give. Thanks in advance!
