I just came across Dr. Ruth Lawrence's 2014 oral history.  Lori Feldman-Winter interviewed Dr. Lawrence in 2014 as part of the Oral History Project through the Pediatric History Center of the American Academy of Pediatrics:

Another treasure:  Carolyn Rovee-Collier's oral history from 2006, as interviewed by Peter Gerhardstein for the Society for Research in Child Development.  Carolyn Rovee-Collier (1942 - 2014) is considered the founder of the field of infant long-term memory research.
