Well, it was a first for me - due to circumstances - I had a breastfeeding consult in the back seat of an SUV.  Not at all ideal, but not much of a choice. Baby a few weeks old and mom said "it hurts a lot".  Aroused sleepy baby (it was quite warm here in sunny California in June).  Repositioned to a football hold, made sure latch was good and mom said she could "feel the difference".  Discussed other important topics and sent mom and baby on their way.   We will keep in touch via email and text as needed.  You gotta do what you gotta do.
