Karin, I would have chosen A, mainly because ALL nipple pain needs to 
evaluated.  Certainly in my practice 99% of nipple pain I see is due 
primarily to incorrect latch.  I agree with you that a compression strip is 
common to many incorrect latches, but it is not always present.   Also I 
would have suspected that this is the answer that the examiners were looking 
for!
