Today I read the following in a local hospital's newsletter announcing their spiffy new Birthing Center.  The article was on women's sleep problems, and the physician expert was quoted in several tips for improving sleep at various stages of a woman's life.

"During pregnancy, never sleep on your abdomen, as this could compress the uterus, and the baby might have difficulty breathing."

So *that's* what those fetuses are up to in there!
