> I'm thinking they need a nearby sink for handwashing, a rocking chair,
stool, pillow, and maybe a portable privacy screen for those moms who do
not feel comfortable nursing out in the open. Any other considerations?

At the one daycare where Alex went that had a "breastfeeding room" there
was a wonderfully comfy recliner and a canned drink machine that included
sodas, but also cans of fruit juice. And it was a small room where you
could turn the light off if you wanted. I fell asleep there with Alex more
than once! I don't think I would like to have been in the room with the
dirty diapers. I'm amazed anyone is still using cloth diapers at a daycare
center.

Trans-umbilical breast augmentations are done by making a small incision
near the navel, then going between the skin/fat layer and the muscle layer
up the abdomen and chest until you get between the pectoralis muscle and
the overlying glandular/fat tissue of the breast. You send in the empty
implant, which has a small tube attached. When the implant is in place,
you then pump saline into it until you have reached the desired volume,
then somehow seal it off. You withdraw the filling tube through the tiny
incision, and voila, you are all done. So, if you can't tell an implant by
visual inspection or feeling it, or asking the woman, then yes, you do need
to inspect navels as well.
