<< She is not thinking about weaning either of them but was just
curious. I must admit I have never given it a thought. Any ideas?
Experiences? Studies about it?>>

nursing both of my kids, the oldest of which had very severe decay did
not affect my youngest at all. her teeth are *perfect*. the most
significant thing that affected both their teeth (imo) was brushing
religiously. there was a long long period of time in which we could
absolutely not get a toothbrush into my eldest's mouth. it was
physically impossible.

the youngest was just a different temperment completely.
