Responding to repeated plugged ducts!
Does this woman have a vast supply?  Lots of times repeated plugged ducts is
caused by an over supply.  Make sure mom is always emptying 1st breast well
before going to next breast.  Massage and warm compresses during nursing will
aid in resolving these ducts.  I would also recommend nursing in football and
cradle on each breast to empty the whole breast better.
