I have recently won a battle keeping formula company diaper bags out of
our hospital, however, the powers-that-be are looking for a "cheap"
alternative. Are any of you working at hospitals that purchase diaper
bags to give to patients? Passing the charge along to the patient is not
possible in most cases (same applies to formula) becuase we get a "lump
sum" for all of our Medicaid deliveries as well as many of our contract
patients, so any extra expenses are subtracted from the bottom line. If
you have any venders names and numbers it would be most helpful as
we are having difficult locating a cheap alternative.
