How did she do the elimination diet? Only one item at a time or did she
keep cutting items cumulatively? Did she keep a detailed diary? Also, how
strict was she? Did she read ALL labels for hidden gluten, dairy, etc.?
What about eating out? Supplements? I find a lot of moms don't actually
do elim diets carefully enough to see results in very sensitive babies, if
something mom is ingesting is indeed the issue.

Then there's the issue of mom's gut health. Eliminating problem foods and
adding really good probiotic supplements and foods (homemade sauerkraut, eg)
can be very helpful along with digestive enzymes in these cases.

Finally, who is worried about the blood? Is the baby anemic? What is she
planning on feeding him if she weans? Has she been thoroughly evaluated for
possible oversupply issues (baby always getting loads of lower-fat milk)?
