IHi Judy,
Not all soft drinks have caffeine. 7 UP, many ginger ales, many lemon-lime
drinks, many root beers, grape soda, are caffeine free. Again this is a
place where label reading is required. The last time I read about this
several years ago in Consumer reports, Mountain Dew was the highest in
caffeine with twice the amount that is in most colas. Then of course there
is "Jolt"--that advertises proudly "All the sugar and twice the caffeine!"
That's a real eye opener in more ways than one.

I was under the impression that soft drinks have caffeine in them. Am I
mistaken? We never drink soft drinks, so very possible that I'm
misinformed. Please correct me if I "need it" >>
