I know that it can take 2-3 weeks of a mother eliminating all dairy from
her diet for all dairy proteins to be out of her system. Does anyone know
how long it might take for her body to be rid of some of the other
allergenic foods after eliminating them? Eggs, wheat, peanuts/nuts, and
chocolate are my main concerns at this point.

Also, if one (or more) of these foods is causing an allergic reaction in
the infant in the form of eczema, how long AFTER the allergen is out of
mother's milk might you see an improvement in the infant's eczema?

Thank you for any information...
