Dear Fellow lactnets, Well finally, We have got a task force together to
start the ball rolling for a full time lactation service  at our urban
hospital that does 3000 deliveries/yr.  I am responsible for figuring out the
amount of money we need to figure to run the program. We will be looking at
getting some Grant $$ if any is available, having a pump rental,
reimbursement from ins. company. Can you point me in the right direction to
start looking at how to figure a budget, etc. Thank you Germaine
