This mom will want to try some on before she buys a stack.  I have some 
wonderful ones made of thick organic cotton, but they are so very 
visible under anything that clings even the least bit.  My invisible 
ones are from a yard sale.  They are several layers of old cotton 
tshirt cut in circles with pinking shears.  They were stacked about 8 
thick and sewn together with a spiral, leaving the edges floppy and 
pinked, so they feathered out and didn't make a line.
