I was hoping Mimi Poinsett would have answered this by now - she must be
too busy in her new position - congratulations Mimi in being in a fantastic
position to help to help the most challenged of our young mothers.  All the
best for it.

I've completely forgotten who asked, but if you do a search of teh archives
using Methadone as your search term and limit it to just the last few
months you'll find a posting of Mimi's from around June this year which
gives a report on a conference she attended and the results of methadone
treatment for young mothers.  I won't attempt to repeat what she reported,
suffice it enough to say that even on very high doses the breastfed babies
were fine.
