I am still looking through my resources (the syllabus from the
recent conference had nothing) but thought I'd also see if anyone
has info for this mom:
Mom suffers from strong PMS symptoms and heard that rosemary oil and
flax seed might help.  Of course the bottles say "if breastfeeding
consult your doctor" (or something similar) so she called to see
what info I could give her.  Does anyone know if these are of
concern while nursing (other than the general question that's been
raised about consistency of strength etc. with herbs since they are
uncontrolled)?
