It's just a thought, but it seems to me that perhaps this little one is 
protecting his airway.  Any symptoms of tracheal malacia?  Either way, this little 
one may need positions where he has more control over the flow of milk, so he 
can keep his airway free.  I hope this helps.  Please keep us updated. Susan
