I sent off an email today to one of the co-owners of Kozy Cushion and
got a personal phone call from Barry.  He was pretty upset about what
happened.  He told me that they are a new business and had hired a
marketing company that had sent off the fake emails.  He told me that
they had already fired them.
He also said that they had a booth at the last LLL conference in
California, and in order to show had to change their packaging, the
brochure and so on and were willing to do that.
He seems a bit unknowledgeable about the lactation community but
willing to make changes.  He made the product for their own child,
likes the design.  He states that they want to sell it through people
who will explain its use, they are afraid that it might be used for an
infant nap area and that it is not safe for that.
He seemed sincere enough to me.  But I use whatever pillow or blanket
the family already has if we need some support, so don't market any
pillows.  And don't sell anything anyway.
