I discovered that a wheat allergy has caused my migraines lo these
many years---now that I avoid wheat,  No Migraines!!!! BTW, I had
found that a combination of tylenol and motrin helped knock a migraine
off if I took the meds in time. Both are ok for nursing moms altho I
realize its not best to make it a habit to take them together. Allergy
shots have helped the respiratory allergies so I'm like NEW! Look Out
World!!
Just thought I'd add my story to the migraine thread--hope it was ok.
