Many years ago I saw a great trick for demonstrating one physical difference
between breast and bottle.  (Can't remember who showed it, so I can't give
credit-maybe one of you will step forward to claim it.)

Take a spray bottle (like the ones cleaning products come in-you can get
clean ones to use for example for dampening clothes before ironing, if
anyone still does that) filled with water.  Turn the spray head to "stream"
and squirt it in your mouth.  Most people find that uncomfortable and may
even gag.  Now turn it to "spray" and try again-much more manageable.  The
stream is much like what these "one hole wonders" must feel like to a baby.
No wonder they do strange things with their tongues to try to lessen the
effect.  The gentler spray is more like what it feels like to have milk
coming out of several nipple pores in the breast.

It may not be a perfect analogy, but it does make the point.
