A 2 week old baby, having about 90% breastmilk and 10% ABM each day, has
good weight gain and urine output but is stooling infrequently-one large
motion every 24-48 hours. I am assuming the ABM is causing the intestinal
slow down, and mum is working well on increasing her supply,  but are there
some suggestions to relieve baby's apparent discomfort? The baby is in a
harness 24 hrs/day for dislocated hips-could this be a possible cause of low
tone in the abdominal area?    Harness cannot be removed so baby cannot be
bathed in warm water...but any other suggestions for this family?
