You will not find Pristiq (note correct spelling) in 2008 Hale as it is too new.

There is no current breastfeeding information.

Pharmacokinetic profile is similar to Effexor, except Pristiq has a longer half life.

As for all SSRIs, if effective during pregnancy, keep mom on the SSRI and breastfeed and monitor infant.  Note pediatric concerns in Hale for Effexor.
