Hi, Claire. Has the mom you posted about tried feeding with the baby sitting up facing her? (She may have to have him straddle her leg to manage this.) Another way of working this is to have the mom use the clutch hold but have the baby very far forward, with nose and eyes above the nipple. Good luck! Rowena
